If components are end-of-life or faulty, we will let you know and provide a quote for replacements — but only where genuinely needed. Our aim is to save you money, not create unnecessary expenditure. We'll always be clear and honest about what your system actually needs.
Simple. We visit your property, assess the system, and provide a no-obligation quote for ongoing maintenance. If you're happy to proceed, we handle everything — reprogramming, new monitoring transfer if needed, and your first service. You don't need to notify your old provider if you'd rather not; we can advise on that too. There is no gap in cover throughout the process.
