We design the system around your needs, if you have an existing wired system we won’t just suggest a wireless system like many others. When we visit to do a survey we will discuss your needs.

We can takeover and service almost any system that you may have, if we find that your old system isn’t serviceable we will advise you on the best options to replace.

For all our Standard Contract customers, the price of batteries is not included in the service cost.

The majority of new intruder alarms now allow you to provide cloud functionality to be used on your iPhone/Android phones. Some older ones also allow you to add new modules to facilitate this too but we will need to discuss this with you. Please get in touch.

Of course…not. Unlike other companies offering gimmicks and tempting you into lengthy Contracts we won’t do this. We can however fit doorbells you purchase separately, which is of course cheaper for you in the long run.

In the unlikely event you’d like to leave us for another provider, we can attend to change the engineer code (Subject to a standard callout charge) but we will never give these codes out in order to protect the security of all our customers.

Alternatively, your new provider will be able to default the codes themselves.

We are indeed approved by Insurance companies that may mean you are entitled to discounts and Police approved meaning we can provide monitored alarms with Police response.
